Link Strategic Partners is a marketing agency based out of Washington DC that hired Targeted Prospect Solutions to build several targeted prospect lists for them to use in their own marketing and outreach campaigns for their clients.
List 1
The first list TPS was tasked to build was to find every professional in Northern Virginia that would likely be interested in attending a Health and Wellness event. To accomplish this, TPS first put together a list of all potential industries and job titles that would meet this persona. We then built a list out of Linkedin of all of these professionals, found all of their relevant work history and their personal email addresses. We then used AI to create a 1-liner that Link Strategic could reference on why each person specifically may be interested in the event. After building this initial list, we noticed that we still wanted a higher volume of contacts. TPS then turned to Google Maps to scrape the web live for all local business that were not on Linkedin, that were health and wellness related, such as local spas, yoga studios and supplement stores. We then found all of the business owners for these businesses and their personal email addresses.
Once Link Strategic launched their campaign, they reported back that they had many sign-ups for the event and that their outreach was a success. This was the first list TPS built for Link Strategic, and since then, we have been hired for many other projects.
List 2
Link Strategic Partners hired TPS to build a list of all Blue Collar Workers that currently work at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). TPS first used AI to figure out all of the potential roles that would meet this criteria. We then pulled all of these professionals from Linkedin. We then turned to a specific directory to scrape as we noticed that certain professionals, such as bus drivers, were likely to not have LinkedIn profiles. After we found all potential profiles, we found their contact information and then used AI to create a few unique data points that could be used in Link Strategic’s messaging such as how long the person worked at WMATA, and 1-liner about how the specific offer being sent was relevant to their job description.
