The Global Communications, Digital Services division of Marriott is the company’s in-house digital marketing agency. Our client runs the internal and external communications strategy for this division.

TPS was tasked to enrich a dataset of over 200,000 profiles for key data points specific to the needs of Marriott’s outreach initiatives, covering multiple brands and supporting the growth of the company’s pipeline.

TPS first analyzed the existing dataset and ran a verification process on key data points that might be outdated. We then enriched the dataset for unverified/missing data points. Next, we used our custom web-scraping and AI tools to enrich the dataset further with key data points that the client requested on the target audience, automating research at scale. Finally, the client had very specific criteria for how to format and filter the results to their specifications.

In summary, the data enrichment process was a vital tool to enhance the effectiveness of their outreach campaigns and provided a competitive advantage by enabling more personalized, targeted, and efficient marketing strategies.
