Case Study: Innovative Inclusive Design

Industry: Interior Designer

Service Line Used: Total Addressable Market (TAM) Dataset

Innovative Inclusive Design is an interior design firm that works with builders on residential and commercial projects.

IID hired TPS to build a TAM dataset and automate their manual prospect research.

IID targets architecture firms and developers in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area for IID to work with on residential and multi-family projects. During our onboarding session, TPS asked the question, “If you had unlimited time to research your prospects manually, what golden information would you be excited to find that would make them an ideal prospect?” IID replied that if an architecture firm or developer does not have a department that specializes in “Universal Design” than they would be an amazing prospect as IID specializes in this function and being an add-on service to work with architects and developers.

To build the list, TPS first found all architecture firms and developer companies in the area. We then programmatically searched every companies’ website to see if the term “Universal Design” was mentioned. If “Universal Design” was not mentioned IID would send a separate messaging campaign than if it was.

This prospect segmenting technique allowed IID to perform highly effective outreach campaigns that typically would have taken thousands of hours, or an entire sales team to research and do manually.
